My name is Kate Segler and I am a maker of things and doer of art (also known as a multidisciplinary artist) based out of Minneapolis Minnesota. I double up as a Junior Art Director at Ostrom Creative and a freelance artist.

I graduated from Drake University where I studied Graphic Design, Advertising, Studio Art and to top it all off some Art History. It was during my 4 years there, where I discovered art and design weren’t just passions, but a true way to inspire change and elevate our collective spirit.

I’d like to think my studio is less of a workspace and more of a playground. Driven by my insatiable curiosity, I believe my best work comes from daring to play. I prioritize intuition over instruction. My process invites a sense of whimsy and wonder back into the creative act of making... which I believe results in pieces that feel alive, spontaneous and radically authentic.

We live in a world that can feel so divided, my hope is that my art can serve as shared ground where curiosity and joy become a collective experience. My art exists to remind us that, despite our differences, we are all wired for wonder and connection.
